‧ 五年或以上大型公寓/店舖專案的設計經驗；
‧ 精通 AutoCAD、Photoshop 及 Power Point 等相關軟件；
‧ 勤奮、主動、有責任感及能獨立完成工作；
‧ 能操流利中、英文，懂普通話優先；
‧ 能適應短期出差。
